Restylane

How Restylane Works

During treatment, Restylane is injected into the skin. A fine needle and small portions are used. Restylane then works to create volume to reduce folds and wrinkles and shape facial contours.

Restylane also is a great treatment for patients who want to enhance their lips, but want to retain a natural look.

Restylane injections are safe, easy and don’t leave behind scars. Friends and family may say you look more vibrant – but they likely will have no idea you underwent treatment.

Results

Restylane work immediately and results last about six months – and longer for some patients.

Side Effects

Juvederm

Juvederm is another great anti-aging treatment that Dr. Aguila provides.

Juvederm provides long-lasting results. Studies have shown about 75 percent of people who underwent Juvederm treatment said they appeared younger. Most said Juvederm left them looking five years younger!

While Juvederm boosts volume, it also gives your chin and jawline firmer looks. Some have compared Juvederm to having a facelift, but without the surgery.

How Many Treatments Will I Need?

This depends on the individual patient. Most gain positive results after one treatment. Others may have to return for additional treatments to achieve desired results.

Does Juvederm Hurt?

You may feel an initial pricking sensation, but most of our patients say Juvederm does not hurt. Topical anesthetics can be used if needed, if pain is an issue for you.

Recovery

Juvederm has zero downtime and you can resume normal activity after treatment is complete. Doctor Aguila will advise you on any special post-treatment steps you have to take. These can vary depending on the patient.

Will I Be Left With An Unnatural Look?
