Will someone please respond in regard to postherpetic neuralgia. I have lived/existed with this incredibly painful condition. Child labor is less painful. I keep leaving messages and I get no response. How do I know if I am eligible to have the surgery. I live in California and when I called your office, I was told I would have to make an appointment to see if I am eligible. My hypersensitive areas cover a large area of my body making it insane to dress or sit down. It would be ridiculous to come from California without having what documents I need and if I am eligible, I would need to make an appointment and arrangements for someone to come with me. Please help.
